Q: Do I need top soil?
A: It's optional; though top soil helps.
Q: How long until I see grass?
A: Depending on the type of species of grass seed you have sprayed (Rye grass is the quickest to germinate.) Also the amount of water it receives can help with growth.
Q: How often do I water it?
A: Water daily for first 10 days (enough to dampen not saturate).
Q: Can I walk on it?
A: For best results, eliminate traffic until second cutting.
Q: When do I cut it?
A: When grass reaches 6 inches in height, cut to 2 inches.
Q: Hydroseed vs SOD?
A: Current average SOD pricing (not including labour) is 5x times the price of hydroseeding.
Q: Pets?
A: It is recommended that you keep your pets off the lawn for 48 hours.
Q: Warranty and Wash Outs?
A: Our warranty covers germination with proper watering and care. We cannot cover wash outs due to the unpredictability of Mother nature.
